Can’t access to cPanel
-
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I purchased wordpress hosting from Reseller Club. The domain name is ‘mayookh.com’. I’m just learning to develop a website. Here I’m finding trouble to log in to the cPanel of my website. i tried ‘mayookh.com/cpanel’ several time but it didn’t work. is there any other way to log in to cPanel?I want to use Elementor to build my page which requires more memory. But I cannot increase the memory allocated to php file as I can’t access to cPanel.
Is there any other way to change the memory limit?
Please email me the cPanel URL of my website with ID and Password to log in.
Badly need your help.
Thank you
Rahul Roy

Hey @mayookh24,
Your site mayookh.com is using the self-hosted version of WordPress.
These forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only :) https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Contact your host(ResellerClub) regarding server issues.
You can access your cPanel using this link http://cpanel.mayookh.com.
Increase your memory limit by adding this code to your wp-config.php file
‘define (‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘128M’);’Thanks !!!
