cant access to my blog, i change the user

  hi! my blog is viviviajando.wordpress.com, that site is free, but i have anothers blogs in my hosting using wordpress instaled.
  when i acces to my wordpress acount, i see my sites in my hosting, but i dont see my free blog.
  i think i change my user in my wordpress account, y i lost the user to enter to that blog, or the password, i dont know because i dont understand how its work wordpress.com and wordpress .org, the accounts, etc……. sorry for my english.
  i need to know what can i do for access again to my blog….
  someone can restore my user and pasword please?
  i have the emails when i instale the blog and the previous passwords and user….
  help!
