Can't Access to the Customize Page

I have a strange issue which is I can’t access to the customize page to set up the theme of Goodz Magazine. However, the theme can be activated.
When I go to the customize page, the only option is Widget Areas, which shows ” There are no widget areas currently rendered in the preview. Navigate in the It’s widget area setting, which shows preview to a template that makes use of a widget area in order to access its widgets here.”
How should I solve the problem?

You can access all widget areas via the WP Admin widget management screen:
https://whatolovedotcom.wordpress.com/wp-admin/widgets.php
The Customizer widget areas will only appear if you’re on a page or post on your site on which that specific widget area is displayed, as the message in the Customizer says.

I am trying to set slider. =( I have to set up Featured Content from the Customizer first but it just doesn’t load properly.
