Can’t access to WP Admin (403 error)

It’s been a few months since we last edited the site, and when we tried to open it today by entering https://mizuhikigloballinks.com/wp-admin/ , it kept showing the 403 error page (Forbidden; You don’t have permission to access this resource.) and doesn’t lead us to the dashboard page. We can log into wordpress.com, but it only says “You don’t have any sites yet”. We bought the domain for the website almost exactly a year ago, and it was a two-year contract so it hasn’t expired yet. Can you help us fix the problem? Thank you.
