Cant’ access Users lists

I co-operate a WP site for commerce. Recently, I stopped being able to get into the USERS dashboard. If I go to Users > any section, I get the spinning bagel of doom, and never log into that section. I havent changed any settings, and this started about 2 months ago. Cleared cache, cookies, etc – still nothing.

to further clarify – I have 2 other people who use the same site, both of them are able to get into the USERS section. I am the only one that appears to be having issues

So I just tried something. I clicked “users” and waited – just shy of 30 minutes and it finally loaded. Logged out, came back, same thing – took short of 30 minutes to load the users data set

The site standoffsystems.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on Network Solutions Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and Network Solutions also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here. Specifically we use a custom user management system on WordPress.com that familiar with the issue you are having.
