Our web site was created and managed by a firm that is now out of business. I don’t have the log in info in order to make changes to our site

What is the address of the site you are trying to make changes to?
Is the site hosted here at WordPress.com or is it a self-hosted WordPress install on another hosting provider? If you are unsure about the difference, the following article may be helpful:
