can’t access website

Hi,
My website, aboutalot.com, is giving me trouble logging in. My husband startedto set up the site and I have taken over and had it going. Yesterday I was adding things to it, adsense,and it’s completely messed up. I have no idea how it happened but my blog was just starting to get done and now I can’t log into my dashboard. I don’t know why. When before all I had to do was login under abouta_wp9, now it says it’s unrecognizable. This is so extremely frustrating for me. I know nothing about this type of thing, I’ve had a hard time trying to set up my blog and pinterest business account. I do not understand this jargon but I had it going and it looked pretty good up until today. Now it’s all messed up, and I have no idea how. Not even sure why I have this account to be honest. I’ve spent over a month getting my blog up and running and I’d hate to start over, I can’t do that. Please help!!!!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
