Can’t Access Website

    Hello Team!

    After logging out of WP admin and trying to access my page on another browser, it only takes me to the WP-admin login page. I am unable to get to the site now.

    Hi there, it looks like you are using WordPress but you are not hosted here at WordPress.com, so we will not be able to help you with this. These forums are for those hosted here at WordPress.com.

    Since your site is self-hosted, you should have received the login information for that site when it was set up and you will have to use that login information to access the site. Your site is not connected to WordPress.com in anyway so your login for here will not work on that site

    For self-hosted WordPress sites such as yours, I would suggest asking for help in the volunteer-based WordPress.org forums.

    WordPress.com and WordPress.org are separate, so if you do not already have an account at WordPress.org, you will need to register.
