CAN’T ACCESS WEBSITE

    I’m writing because I STILL CAN’T GET INTO MY WEBSITE! The former password didn’t work (as a matter of fact, the ID also didn’t work). So I kept trying and trying and trying.

    After perhaps 30-or-more minutes, I gave up.

    Note. When I use the current password, MY WEBSITE DOESN’T OPEN UP. Instead, a blank page with none of my posts opens up??????

    Can you give me clear, easy, ID and PASSWORD directions THAT WILL ALLOW ME TO OPEN UP MY MakeWeightLossLast.com website?

    Or do I need to get tech help from someone else?

    If you have more than one email account, you may also want to do a search for any previous emails from WordPress that would verify which email account is associated with your WordPress account.

    But I have also tagged this post with “modlook” in order to request staff assistance to see if they’re able to look into this further for you.

    Hi there,

    MakeWeightLossLast.com is not hosted on WordPress.com, so we cannot help with this. The password for that site has no connection to your WordPress.com account, but is stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers. We don’t have any access there to help you reset it.

    The username and email address for your admin account on that site is also not necessarily the same as you’re using for your WordPress.com account.
