  looks the contact-form plug problem,
  FTP and dele or rename of this plug and try it

  This sounds like there could be a plugin conflict between Ninja Forms and Jetpack. I’d recommend you log in via FTP and remove the Ninja Forms plugin to see if that resolves the issue.
