Can’t Access Website

I’m not able to access my website from any of my devices whether on wifi or data. It just says that the page couldnt be reached. However, I believe other people can access the website because I asked my friend to try connecting to the page and he got through. Could it be an IP Address issue? I spoke to BlueHost and they eventually said that it must be a network issue, so I spoke to my network provider and they eventually said its either the website itself, or my computer. On WordPress, it when hovering on the top left of the main screen, it says I cant access this website (my website).

This issues sometimes occur because of cache issues or browser issues.
