Can’t access website

    Hello, I was trying to embed code from Donorbox website onto our website, but did it incorrectly. Now I am unable to access the admin page to delete it or the website. Is it possible you can’t delete on your end because I don’t know how to resolve :(

    Hi there! We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re not able to access the backend of your site to take a closer look.

    You should reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you with this issue. It looks like you’re using Bluehost – you can reach their support here:
