Can't access website

  I was in the middle of writing a blog post when my website dashboard froze. When I refreshed the page, I got a notice that the website couldn’t be reached. Now I am getting a message that says that ERROR 504-Gateway Timeout. It says to contact the Live Support Team but I am not sure how to do that.
