Can’t access website anymore

It is taking longer than I had hoped to learn how to use everything, and I have lost access to the website now. Is there a way I can get back on to access it? And is there a way that I can create the website without charge and then launch it to the world wide web?

However, if you have access to your hosting, then you can easily reset or create a new admin user.
