Cant access website – can you turn back time

I was building a website for a friend & couldnt invite myself as an admin. I thought if email doesnt work I will get my own website to get a username. I started registering, with my own email account & my website was somehow connected and accessed only by my friend. So i tranfered my website from my friend to me from her account. Only both websites transfered to me. So i transfered her website back to her. Now if i type in her website address to work on it for her it goes to mine. I can not find hers to access or work on.
Is there any way someone at wordpress can please, please go into Pay it Forward Tarot and reset back 24 hours.
Forget my website it can wait. I need to set everything back to how it was. Pay it Forward Tarot is my friends website that she needs urgently.
Can somebody please help me, i have just started and dont understand how this has happened or is possible

My friends website Pay if Forward Tarot is a paid plan on a yearly base. This is the website i am trying to restore for her. I believe chat is available for paid websites

The correct URL of that site is https://payitforwardtarot.ca/. That site is up and running but has never been launched.

I can confirm I also see the site payitforwardtarot.ca online… well there is not much to see as it is “coming soon” as @staartmees correctly has pointed out.
I do not see any upgrades under your @dblrum WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.
I can also confirm that payitforwardtarot.ca is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @dblrum login. You should not see that site nor have access to it when you are logged in as @dblrum so be aware that you need to be signed in to the correct account to see payitforwardtarot.ca

Thanks for getting back to me. Yes, i can see Pay it forward Tarot website. When i click on it i see my profile on her domain. My priority is restoring Pay it Forward Tarot on the Pay it forward domain. I want to log into that account but cant see where to log in.
If i cant do that now and i log out of fb wack a mole i will be logged out of everything. Shannon paid alot of money for her website & i want to finish it for her but cant access it.
Can i only be logged into one account at the time?
Is it one account per ip adress?

That is correct. To access payitforwardtarot.ca you need to sign out as @dblrum and sign in under the WordPress.com account that owns that site.
Is it one account per ip adress?
No limit there. Any single account can have as many sites on it as you wish. You could have hundreds of sites as @dblrum for example. The reverse is true as well. A single IP address can (and often does) have tens or hundreds of ;dom accounts under it. However, you can’t access payitforwardtarot.ca because it’s not associated with this account you are logged into under right now.
If you have login access to both accounts, a way to get around this is to log into one account in one browser (say Chrome) and log into another account in a different browser (say Firefox) which is a trick that some folks use when they have more than one account with us.
If you do not have access to payitforwardtarot.ca (as in the owner of the site has not given you access yet) then you will need to ask them to invite @dblrum to be an admin on that site as well. We can’t do this for you but you can ask the owner of payitforwardtarot.ca to invite you by following these steps here: https://wordpress.com/support/user-roles/

My account is open in chrome. I just tried to log in as Pay it Forward Tarot in explorer and it says unknown email address. It is the same email i was using earlier

Sadly this all started because Pay it forward tarot sent me an invite to admin but the link didnt work

The invite was sent to my email and it did not work.
I created a website to get a user name so Pay it forward could use my user name and not my email to invite me as admin.
My website being a separate entity with its own domain name somehow was added to pay it forward website and now, i guess domain name.
We transfered my website to me. Somehow both websites were transferred to me.
Pay it forward tarot website was purchased from WordPress with an annual subscription and is not mine.
So i transfered pay it forward tarot back to its rightful owner.
Now the rightful owner can not access it and is out of pocket.
Please help me give her back the website she paid for.
I dont understand how all of this is possible

So there are a couple of things that are worth noting here:

If it said the email address wasn’t found, it means you may either have a different email address on the account or you may have mistyped the email address or added an extra space at the end of the email address. Please carefully check that there are no extra spaces in the email address field. And if it still doesn’t work, please try using a different email address.
If you’re unable to locate the email address on the account, please review the account recovery instructions and reach out to us using the account recovery form.

It’s possible the link didn’t work because you were logged in to a different WordPress.com account. When someone sends you an invite using one email address, and you click the link while logged into a different WordPress.com account (using a different email address), the link won’t work as it wasn’t meant for that account.
One thing I’m still unclear on is whether you have a different account at all. You said the following:

Can you give us a complete picture of what exactly happened? Here are some things we could get some clarifications on:

2. You said you transferred the site back, which account did you transfer the site to?
3. Are you trying to access the site from your account or do you just want to make sure the person who paid for the site has access to the site?Please let us know the answers and we’ll be happy to look into it further.
One thing we can confirm right now is the site payitforwardtarot.ca is still on the same account that purchased it originally. So if the account owner tells you she’s unable to log in, please share the link https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form with her and ask her to reach out to us so that we can help her get back into her account.

No, Pay it Forward Tarot should not be on this account. I do not own it.
This account is the only way i can communicate for Pay it Forward Tarot.
The account that owns payitforwardtarot.ca right now does have an additional site, but it’s still in the same account that originally paid for the WordPress.com Business plan and purchased payitforwardtarot.ca
This is the account we cant access and desperately need to.
1. This is my only account. Shannon owns Pay it Forward Tarot. I have access to it as i am creating it for her.
2. Both websites were in Pay it Forward Tarot business account.
I transfered FB Wack A Mole to my account / email Dblrum

my account. I did not want this. So i transfered Pay it Forward Tarot back to

I just read the recovery form. She can not access her account so she can not enter the recovery information with different email or sms.
Because she can not gain access she can not use her profile to be able to use this forum.
Also when i look at my account settings it says website address is http://payitforwardtarot.wordpress.com.
Can anyone reset the business account Pay it Forward Tarot back to 48 hours ago?

I just tried to log in again on a different browser with a recovery code and it still says unknown email address.
It is meant to be launching tomorrow
