cant access website control admin wordpress page

our website: sikhcounciluk.org appears to be down 123-Reg have managed to save it and put it back up but i cant get into word press as it doesnt appear to be recognizing user name or email

That site is not connected to WordPress.com in any way, so you won’t be able to log into a WordPress.com account using your credentials for that site, nor will you see it listed in your WordPress.com account.
That site was made using the stand-alone version of WordPress found on WordPress.org. To log into it you need to go to the login page at http://sikhcounciluk.org/wp-login.php
