Hi Katie,
Thanks for reaching out — I know how frustrating it can be when your site or dashboard isn’t accessible. I did a quick check on your site (http://www.accessoriesandstyle.com.au), and it appears the homepage is loading, but the
/wp-adminarea is showing a blank “Not Available” page. Here are a few things you can try to fix it:
1. Clear Browser Cache or Try Incognito:
Sometimes your browser stores an expired session or cached redirect. Open an incognito/private tab and try visiting https://www.accessoriesandstyle.com.au/wp-admin again.2. Deactivate a Plugin (Temporarily via FTP):
If a plugin recently updated and caused a conflict, it might be crashing the admin area.- If you have FTP access (or access through your hosting file manager), navigate to
wp-content/plugins/and rename the plugins folder (e.g., toplugins-disabled). - Try loading wp-admin again. If it works, the issue is with a specific plugin.
3. Check Hosting Panel for Errors:
Your host might be blocking access or something may have failed. Log in to your hosting dashboard (through whoever provides your hosting — possibly Ionos) and look for error logs, recent changes, or support tools that let you restore a backup or troubleshoot. If you’re still stuck, please let me know if you can access your hosting panel or if there’s any recent change you noticed — I’m happy to help further!

Hi there,
Did you refer to accessoriesandstyle.com.au as the website where you’re experiencing the issue? If so, it looks like you’re using self-hosted WordPress, not WordPress.com.

Therefore, it’s recommended to open a support ticket at the following URL for WordPress.org support.

You can contact your hosting support directly so they can take a closer look and help resolve the issue.
