Can't access woo commerce support

  Hi

  I bought a plugin which I am struggling to install and need support with, but when I log into my woocommerce dashboard, the my subscriptions and support dropdown tabs says I need to verify my email which I have done. If I request it to send me the verification again it takes me to a blank wordpress.com website…..

  How do get hold of the support team to install the plugin if I cannot access it via the dashboard? So frustrating!!

  First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/

  If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

  If it is, please do these two things:

  1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

  2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

  Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

  I see that you have submitted a WooCommerce.com email ticket as well. I have responded to that ticket with the next steps. Please give it a look and respond to that email ticket.
