Can't access WordPress admin
-
I added a Storify plugin and when I went to add a new post to the site, I got the following message and can no longer access the dashboard:
Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 32505856) (tried to allocate 36 bytes) in /homepages/25/d349547579/htdocs/qbsn/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1618
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Because you say:
“I added a Storify plugin…”
You should know that you are posting in the wrong WordPress forum. It confuses lots of folks that there are different kinds of WordPress.
WordPress.COM: free hosted
WordPress.ORG: self (paid) hostedThe two platforms are different. Our answers in these forums will not help you to solve your plugin problem because we cannot use plugins here at all.
Here are details about the differences between the two flavors of WordPress: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Here is where you need to go for assistance: https://wordpress.org/support/

I’m not really sure where to go because my username doesn’t connect with wordpress.org and I can’t access the question forums; it’s only the site I am an admin for that is on wordpress.org.

Is this your site:
http://rebeccacastagna.wordpress.com/or is it this as linked to at the beginning of this thread:
“The blog I need help with is theqbsn.com.” -
Please note that if you are asking about the latter site, theqbsn.com, then you will have to get an account and password to access the wp.ORG forums: https://wordpress.org/support/

it’s only the site I am an admin for that is on wordpress.org.
wp.org ≠ wp.com
different software platforms -
Ah, I see. Ok…. Working on getting the password for the account username. Hopefully I can figure it out from there. Thanks!
