Cant Access WordPress admin site

  We tried to login to our admin site, the login credentials should be right but after one try it gave us the message ‘Try again in 9999 hours’ we tried to change the password but we aren’t getting any feedback from WordPress. The page was hacked recently and our junior web developer is having to deal with it while our lead developer is on holiday, which is the reason I’m contacting you through my personal account. The page was for a very important client so the sooner we get a reply the better. Thank you.

  Both your sites are Self Hosted WordPress sites your best way to get help is WordPress org Support
  You will have to register a new account there if you don’t have one.
