Can't access WordPress and woo themes sites

I’mi tearing my hair out – I’m trying to work and can’t access any wordpress support pages or woothemes unless I unplug my Ethernet and access everything through my partner’s ISP which is a completely different system. That’s he only way I was able to access this forum.
My ISP is zen internet, based in the uk. my Public ip address is 82.71.56.201 – I’d be very grateful if you could investigate.

I have, obviously. But they say I have to ask the sites to unblock my ip. Just wanted to know what had been done before, as it appears to be a specifically WordPress-related issue.

Yes, I know the thread very well. There is another on the same issue with over 100 comments on it.
To be clear: YOU are not being blocked. Your ISP is blocking WordPress.com, as explained here https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/recent-problems-accessing-wordpresscom-sites?replies=3#post-1367279
