CAN'T ACCESS WORDPRESS.COM

    Hi everyone,

    I manage many wordpress sites, All are connected to wordpress.com using Jetpack Plugin.

    My problem is that i can’t remember my password associated with a specific username. I’ve tried to retrive it using “classic reset” but i don’t receive the link.

    So my questions are that ones :
    1>Can i found the adress email link to JetPack & WordPress.com somewhere in my MySQL database ?

    2>Is there a way if i give the name of my society, the corresponding professionnal email (corresponding to my website) that i could know wich email is used to connect to wordpress.com using this username ?

    In a first time, i just need to know the email used to connected to wordpress as i know the username. So with it, i will easely could connected and reach the reset link.

    PS : i already try to wordpress reset process but i can’t remember the url of the blog so i can’t validate the form.

    Hi there,

    What is the username associated with the email or the domain URL of the self-hosted sites? Maybe I can find the account you are referencing thru that information.

    Once I find the account, we can see what we can do to get you access back into it.

    I’ve got the username “supportbenjistik” link to my society :
    http://www.creation-site-internet-merignac.fr/ (Timothée by Benjistik)
    as http://www.benjistik.com > redirect to http://www.creation-site-internet-merignac.fr/
    But i can’t remember which email i use so i couldn’t reset my password.

    Hi there,

    I debugged the URLs that you provided and none of them are currently connected to JetPack. So, I cannot determine what WordPress.com username the site was connected to. Do you happen to know the email that is used to log into the self-hosted site?

    I can try to look up that email and see if anything comes up.
