Can't access wp-admin "Cannot modify header information"

    I have seen people post this error and the only response they get is that they should use the wordpress.org support. Well I am a wordpress.com user and am at a complete loss as to what happened here.

    This is the full error: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home1/dowling1/public_html/wp-content/themes/sixteen-nine-pro/functions.php:2) in /home1/dowling1/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 896

    So I assume the error is on line 2 of the functions file in my theme file sixteen-nine-pro correct?
    Well here is a sample of my code for that file:

    include_once( get_template_directory() . ‘/lib/init.php’ );

    //* Set Localization (do not remove)
    load_child_theme_textdomain( ‘sixteen-nine’, apply_filters( ‘child_theme_textdomain’, get_stylesheet_directory() . ‘/languages’, ‘sixteen-nine’ ) );

    See anything I might be missing?

    We cannot access the <header> area on any WordPress.COM blogs – only Staff can.

    file sixteen-nine-pro is NOT a WordPress.com theme. http://wordpress.com/themes/ and we have no FTP access so we cannot upload any third party themes into WordPress.COM blogs – period.

    You cannot be referring to a WordPress.COM blog. You are posting to the wrong support forum. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate, have different log-ins and run different versions of some themes with same names. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
