Can’t access wp-admin Jetpack login loop after migration
-
Hi team,
I recently migrated my WordPress.com Business Plan site, and now it appears as
https://shane371c9a54b4-mhugk.wpcomstaging.com/.I’m unable to access
/wp-admin— it keeps redirecting me to the Jetpack “Connect with WordPress.com” screen showing another accountAfter migration, my Business Plan is no longer linked to this site or showing in my dashboard, and I can’t manage my plugins or access my original admin area.
Please help me:
- Reconnect my Business Plan to the correct site (or original domain).
- Remove or reset the Jetpack connection so I can access wp-admin.
Thank you!

This is a post-migration access issue with Jetpack redirection. I’m tagging this with modlook so the WordPress.com team can help reconnect your Business Plan and fix the wp-admin access.
What happened:
After migration, your site’s Jetpack connection is pointing to the wrong account, creating a login loop.
Immediate contact:
Since this involves your Business Plan billing and site access, contact support directly:

Key issues for staff:
Site now at: shane371c9a54b4-mhugk.wpcomstaging.com (staging URL)
Business Plan not showing in dashboard
Jetpack redirect loop preventing wp-admin access
Jetpack showing different account
Important: Don’t try to disconnect Jetpack manually – this needs staff to properly reconnect your plan and restore access.

Staff will prioritize this since you can’t access your paid site. -
Hi,

- Site URL: shane371c9a54b4-mhugk.wpcomstaging.com
- Issue: Business Plan not showing in dashboard and Jetpack redirect loop preventing wp-admin access.
- Cause: Jetpack appears to be connected to a different account after migration.
Please proceed with reconnecting Jetpack to the correct account so my Business Plan and wp-admin access are restored. Let me know if you need any additional details from my side.
Thank you for prioritizing this.
