Can’t access WP dashboard

  I just logged in today to check on my store and I cannot access it from anywhere. I don’t understand what has happened, and I have no idea how to fix this issue. I have attached a screenshot to show you what I’m seeing. All my plugins have disappeared, the Sellvia plugin is gone, the themes are inactive and the WP admin page isn’t available to me. I really don’t know where to go from here, this is a totally new challenge to me.
