Can’t access wp thru Elementor

  Hello,
  I didt update my website for a while and wanted to do exactly that today and since I couldnt see my Elementor plugin in my left side menu anymore, i tried to access the editing via the Elementor page.
  But when I click on ‘open wp dashboard’ i need to log into my wp account.. and it wont let me, I get the error message that the password is wrong ( but i didnt change it and can login in other ways), and when i try to reset the password i never get an email to change it.

  I also cant add the Elementor plugin to my wpb but even if i have Elementor pro, i apparently need the wp creator plan to do so.
  So now I cant use it either way and cannot acces all the editing/design part of my website.
  Have I missed something? Were there updates or something I didnt see..?

  I appreciate all the help i can get, and apologize for any spelling mistakes.

  Hi there!

  It sounds like your website is not hosted here at WordPress.com, but using the WordPress software (from WordPress.org) on your own hosting provider. Can you let us know what site you’re having this problem? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise or point you in the right direction to get help.
