Thank you for your quick response. My account was created in 2013. Some places it says it expired. I can’t subscribe because in other areas it says my email is not attached to my account. I checked the account page, it has the correct email, but the “save button” is not usable.

Your account email address was verified and your account activated over a year ago. You don’t need to do anything to activate your account.
Where exactly do you see the message that your email is not attached to your account? Can you please provide the URL and also take a screen shot for me and upload to your media library here:
