  Hello. I can’t seem to activate my new account. Not sure what to do. Please help me.

  Hi! Your account is active. Are you having trouble launching the site, and if so can you let us know what issue you’re running into? If you’re getting an error, can you share that here as well?

  Generally speaking, if you’ll start here, you should be able to buy a domain and plan, or skip the paid domain, and then choose the free plan:

  My site is active, yet it won’t launch. If I click on the launch button it freezes on a blank page. I think the domain could be issue. I only want a free, basic account. Thank you for your assistance.
