Can’t activate account from e mail

There’s no blue button to activate my account, it sends me to twitter

I’ve checked our mail logs and the activation emails are being sent. Please click the link in the email which will bring you to WordPress.com.
Perhaps try logging out of all other services or trying a private browser window/ another browser.
