Can’t activate Jetpack

When I try to activate Jetpack on my wordpress.org site hosted by Bluehost using the correct user name and password, it automatically reloads the activation page. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall jetpack many times. I have tried changing my password. One time it took me to the reader feed on my WordPress.com profile. Please help!

Jetpack is asking for a WordPress.com account, which is completely separate from how you log in to your WordPress site.
Since Jetpack brings WordPress.com features to your self-hosted WordPress.org site, it requires a WordPress.com account, much like how a plugin which brought Facebook features to your site would require a Facebook account.
So, when Jetpack asks, make sure you give it your
kshihadehWordPress.com account.Almost all of Jetpack’s features make use of heavy processing power (Photon the image CDN, related posts indexing), heavy database usage (stats), or require connections to third-party systems that can be very complicated to setup by yourself (Publicize’s automated sharing to social networks, email subscriptions, etc).
We take care of that all on WordPress.com’s server cluster so your hosting provider doesn’t suspend you for using excessive resources.
In order to do any of that, we need a WordPress.com account.

Thank you for your help. I am using the correct password. I am able to login to my WordPress.com account and profile page. When I login to my profile with kshihadeh on WordPress.com it says: You don’t have any WordPress sites yet. Would you like to start one? I use that same password to attempt to Activate Jetpack on my WordPress.org site hosted by Bluehost, http://www.scienceofmindchild.com. It accepts this password, in that it does not show me a wrong password error message. It goes to a black screen with spinning wheel then quickly goes right back to the Activate page. I have also tried going through Google and Apple with the same results. Is this a credentials or cookie problem? I have tried also to uninstall and reinstall Jetpack and also clear the cache. This has been going on ever since I started the site. Bluehost says that they cannot help me. Thank you again in advance

There may be a connection issue. Is this for scienceofmindchild.com or another site?
Is scienceofmindchild.com supposed to be connected with this account?

scienceofmindchild.com. I purchased the domain in May from Bluehost and set up the WordPress site then. Jetpack has never activated. I waiting to publish the site, but finally did last week even without Jetpack working. WordPress.com will not recognize my site unless I activate Jetpack, but I cannot activate it even with the correct password.

Ok, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/
If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.
If it is, please do these two things:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.
