  Hi there,

  What’s the address of the site you’re working on?

  If your site is on WordPress.com, you can follow the steps given below to activate the theme:
  Go to my site → design → themes, scroll down the page, and click on show all themes, choose free themes → click on three dots next to theme name → hit activate

  You can also check the link below for a list of free themes.
  https://wordpress.com/themes/free/
