Can’t add a Custom Link Menu Option

Hi, I want to add a menu option that takes me to a custom link rather than a page in the website. However, the Custom Links button does not open any options.

If you’re not seeing the option to type in the URL, try clearing your browser’s cache.
If that does not help, could you try a different browser and let us know how it goes? -

Thanks for replying. I have tried different browsers, different computers and different admin accounts. Same problem.
I should mention that this is not the same account as the problem website. I am using the forum with my personal email and the website is my work email!

Ah, okay. That site isn’t hosted on our servers, so it’s hard to see what’s wrong from this end. You could have a plugin conflicting. It might be an option for your theme, etc.
You might try using the menu option in Customize to see if that helps. If it does not, I’d recommend posting in the forums for self-hosted WordPress installations. Those are at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ .
