Can't add a slider or change a logo under theme options…

    I’m not really sure what’s going on but I can usually add a slider or a logo under ‘theme options.’ Normally, a popup will appear that prompts you to select or upload the image of your choice and you first select the image, click ‘insert into post’, then save. It’s allowing me to select the image but when I click insert into post the popup loads a blank white screen and no changes are taking place! I’m stuck closing the popup with the x and hoping for the best…

    I’ve updated my browser, tried different browsers, made sure that my WP installation is up to date and I’m not sure what else to do. I did notice that this is happening on more than one of my sites. I am hoping someone can help me!

    This is very frustrating! Can anyone help me figure this out?

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
