Can't add a user to our WordPress.com site

Trying to add a new administrator to http://www.nwchristianwriters.wordpress.com but they aren’t receiving the invite and don’t see it when they login to their wordpress account. User has checked spam filter and no luck.
I’m an administrator already and can see the invite was issued and I can change and delete other users.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Grace–sorry, it still didn’t work. The user I’m trying to add is (email visible only to moderators and staff) She’s checked her spam filter and other options and is already a WordPress.com user. BUT she’s not getting the invites.
BUT the invite you sent to the (email visible only to moderators and staff) does work–it worked when I sent it as well.
Is there a way she can access if the invite is getting filtered out?

I did not send an invite to (email visible only to moderators and staff) (only to the Administrator). It looks you are inviting this user to be an Editor. I have resent the email to her.

Sorry for the confusion–I had her set up as an admin at first but changed her to an editor to see if that would help.
As it turns out this was operator error–she had a rule sending all WordPress emails to a special folder. Now she’s got a stack of them!
