Can’t add an avatar

    I’ve tried a couple of times to add an avatar. It uploads the image then gets ‘stuck’ on the crop page. I don’t need to crop the image, but can’t get past this page. The crop box won’t move from the top of the page and I can’t click the crop button… Any ideas?

    First, try the Cookie Dance: log out, clear browser cache and cookies, restart.

    Second: what kind of file is it? You can’t use a bmp, for instance. How big is the image, in terms of file size?

    Third: what browser and version are you using and are you having any issues with other images?

    Fourth: try clicking onto the image itself. Sometimes clicking around randomly finds a “sweet spot” when this is going on.
