Can’t add an editor

    Hello,
    My boss is the owner of the page above, and we have a problem. We have quite a lot of updates to do, and my boss is afraid she might loose content over it. Right now, we are struggling with adding me as an editor; WordPress doesn’t generate a password for me to use and therefore I cannot be added as an editor. How can I resolve this issue? Thank you, Alice

    The site I need help with is http://www.salondeschocolatiers.com. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

    Hi @aliceraoult, that site isn’t hosted on our services, so I can’t see what’s happening on the back-end of the site. You might have the site owners try contacting the host to see if the email is getting stuck, or you might try another email address for now, then update it back to this one when your account is live.

    Going forward, for help with thee free WordPress software itself, you’ll also want to use the correct forums for self-managed installations, at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

    These forums are actually for the sites hosted by WordPress.com, so you’ll find more relevant answers by searching those forums. Cheers!
