can't add blog feed to my website

Help! I’m trying to add my blog feed to my website and my website can’t find it. I don’t know what an RSS feed is but shouldn’t I be able to post my blog url and have it work?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

All wordpress blogs have mulitple built-in feeds. All support docs are at https://support.wordpress.com/ Type Feeds into the searchbox and click to search https://en.support.wordpress.com/?s=feeds
Results https://en.support.wordpress.com/feeds/Your RSS Feed URL for your .wordpress.COM blog posts is http://lillyswingsphotography.wordpress.com/feed/
Provided your website can draw from an RSS Feed then that’s all you need.
If it is not so equipped we do not provide support for any sites except WordPress.COM hosted blogs. In that case, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
