can’t add cards or purchase new labels.

    i have my business card in file to purchase shipping labels, but its not letting me to purchase its giving me this error Please contact support quoting error HYMNCA. i have also tired putting another card on file it didn’t let me, I tried to purchase one. It’s not letting me I had to delete the credit card re-insert the credit card and it’s not letting me print it and the credit card is not getting declined or anything. It has funds.

    i am a new account cloud it be verify your account issue can someone please help me ASAP I have orders to process
