Can’t add credit card

    Hello, I am trying to add a credit card for purchases. I get the error: Error preparing new payment method configuration. Please contact support quoting error HYMNCA.

    Were you able to resolve this? You should see a message in your dashboard “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.” with a link that will get you to the Payments team directly for assistance with this issue.
