Can't add custom form…?

  Hello

  I can’t seem to add a custom form to the Contacts page of my blog. I add it as per normal, but when I click ‘Save’ or ‘Publish’ the code disappears.

  How can I add the form?

  Where is the form from? I’m afraid that forms will be stripped out for security reasons; however, we do offer a very customisable contact form, details about which can be found here.
