Can’t add followers

    When I try to add a follower I get an error message. When I try to add as a contributor the person never gets the invite.

    Hi there,

    What is the error that you are receiving?

    You can view all pending and accepted Invites within the People > Invites section of your My Sites dashboard. For further information on the Invitation process please refer to the following link:

    If the invite has been successfully sent but the user is suggesting that it was never received I would suggest telling them to check their Junk folders. The invite will have been sent to the address provider or the address associated with usernames account.

    If my suggestion does not provide a solution, pop back in and let us know and we can look into alternatives.
