Can't add google app (email) to wordpress – Plugin missing

  I am trying to add email host (through google app) to my WordPress account. when I was setting up my google app account, it tells me take Meta Tag and put in in my WordPress account under plugins. There is no plugin found in my WordPress account. Can I get some help here?

  I have reading all type of support. It says wordpress.com doesn’t have plugins, is this true? If it is, why does wordpress.com gives me the option to do it in the link: https://en.support.wordpress.com/add-email/add-email-through-google-apps/

  Third party plugins cannot be installed on WordPress.com sites. This is a security risk as we cannot vet all outside code and it puts our users, their sites, and our servers at risk.

  Plugins are only usable on self-hosted WordPress.org sites.
