Can't add images or links to posts

  Since upgrading to WP 3.5 I’ve been unable to add images to posts (clicking Add Media does nothing) and adding links in the Visual editor just crashes WordPress (I can add them in HTML only). I was hoping that the 3.7 update might solve this, but it hasn’t. I’ve tried disabling all plugins and reverting to the basic theme, but that hasn’t helped.

  which does cause the Insert Link window to appear but I still get the crash. It did nothing for images.

  Does anyone have any other suggestions for what I can try?

  Thanks very much for the reply. I realized afterwards I should have posted on wordpress.org instead. All sorted now.
