Can't Add Link

  I’ve been trying for the past couple of days to add a link to a post and it won’t work. When I click onto the link button, it opens and says “update” not “add”. Once I hit the button saying “update” it redirects me to the listing of all my posts. And does not perform the function. I’ve updated my browser per the suggestion of another support thread and still nothing. I’ve never had this problem before. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m a bit frustrated and not sure what to do next. Other wordpress users I’ve contacted are not having this problem…

  If you do a forum search you’ll see about a hundred of posts on this issue. Solutions:

  1) change browser to Chrome or Firefox
  or
  2) click to the HTML editor and add the link there, then switch back.

  It seems your browser is too old,update your browser to the latest version or change your browser as raincoaster said.

  There was an issue with the link feature in the Visual Editor. This has been resolved now. Sorry for the trouble.
