Can't add LinkedIn badge to my site

    Hello all – as above. I’ve tried multiple times and multiple different ways but it still only ever comes up as displaying the URL of my LinkedIn profile or it displays my name attached to the URL of my LinkedIn profile.

    Can someone please help me out? All I would like to do is display my LinkedIn profile in ‘badge’ form in the sidebar of my site.

    I looked up the forum to find an answer for your question from an authentic source on the forum, here is what I found a staff member suggest:

    But what you can do is to create the badge on LinkedIn, and take a screen shot of it. Then add that screen shot to your site using an image widget, and link it back to your profile on LinkedIn.

    This does mean the whole badge will be clickable, not just the View Profile button, and it won’t update automatically should details on your LinkedIn profile change, but it’s better than nothing.
