Can't add links

    Using the HTML option for creating content, clicked on the “link” box, added URL(s) where requested and titles where requested. Info showed up on the raw post, but when I hit the publish button, info (neither URL nor title) did not publish. Not using quickpost, just regular ol’ “go to the dashboard and make a post that way” means of writing and publishing. Please help! Thanks!

    Info did publish: it’s just invisible, because you didn’t enter any clickable text. The title of a link isn’t the actual text that works as a link when clicked, it’s (optional) extra info that shows up when you hover over the link. To create a link you type the text first, highlight it, then click the link tool and paste the URL.

    But you have to select either text or an image to link up. You can’t just hit LINK in thin air as it were. Highlight some text and then you can link it.
