cant add managable contact form in my ste pages

  i cant add a form in my page, it is missing when i save the page.
  tried to download contact form plugin, but i cant upload it- cant find it in my menu.
  please assist on adding my custom contact form that i can manage.

  Hi hakanertr and thanks for your quick response.

  I have already tried adding the custom form.

  The issue is that after i have the form done, with the shortcode within the page – the shortcode and any trace of the form are vanished when i update the page.

  How do you overcome this behaviour?

  Please be sure you are working in the Text (HTML) editor and not in the Visual editor.

  Have you tried in HTML tab? Copy the code and resubmit it in the HTML tab.
