Can’t add media

  I just did the latest WP update and now I can’t add media to my posts. Please help asap. Have stuff scheduled to go live today.

  From the above line, I think your website is using WordPress.org software which is hosted on another host.

  You’ll never need to manually update your WordPress.com site as that is all done for all users by our support developers.

  WordPress.com forum is not the right place to get the solution for your question.

  To clear up any confusion, there are 2 versions of WordPress.

  WordPress.com is a managed environment different from using the open source WordPress installation. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities.

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  You might check in with your host to see if there’s an error log you could look at for more information. Or, you could look in this forum; perhaps someone there has experienced something similar:
