Cant add media

  I am trying to upload a video less than 3 minutes in length. It takes 20 or more minutes before spitting out an HTTP error. I have been trying forever to fix this reading all the troubleshooting pages. In the simplest terms possible what can I do?? I am not loading the Titanic here. Its just a 3 minute video. Something this simple shouldn’t be this hard.

  Bare in mind that if your websites uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, you should post in the self-hosted forums or alternatively contact your hosting provider. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
