Can't add media (and many other problems)

I want to write a post on the blog https://kartgrejerblog.wordpress.com/ and attach some files to it. I have several problems:
1. Clicking the “Create a new post” icon up in the right corner on the “My site” page (https://wordpress.com/stats/day) shows a message saying “Please select a site”. Under that message is an empty grey and white box. There is nowhere to select a site.
2. I can get around this by going directly to https://kartgrejerblog.wordpress.com/ (by typing it in the URL bar) and clicking the “Add new post” icon on that page. That takes me to a page that has a post editor. But there is nowhere to fill in the post title (there is a grey rectangle where I assume the title field should be) and when I click the ‘Add media’ icon nothing happens. There is also nowhere to click to actually publish the post (there are two buttons labeled “Preview” and “Submit for review” up in the left corner, but they are disables).
Any idea what’s going on? I am using Tor Browser with all Javascript enabled.

Hmm, I’m not super familiar with that browser, but this does indeed sound like a JavaScript problem.
Do you know whether it’s fairly web standards compliant? And if you use one of these do you have the same trouble?
